How It Works

Agent Order Portal

This system allows real estate agents to place virtual staging orders on behalf of their clients while the client completes the payment directly.

The agent fills out the order form with the following details:

  • Agent name & email

  • Client name & email

  • Selected virtual staging service(s)

  • Quantity of images to be staged

  • Upload of empty property photos

  • Notes about preferred furniture style, room purpose, or special requests

After the form is submitted, our team reviews the order and creates a payment link that includes the full order details.

We send the payment link directly to the client via email so they can securely complete the payment for the service.

Once payment is confirmed, our staging team begins working on the project based on the selected services and design instructions.

When the virtual staging is complete, the finished images are delivered to both:

  • The agent

  • The client

This ensures everyone receives the final staged photos at the same time and keeps the process smooth, transparent, and professional.
